The public offering price is the maximum price of the range, as $ 26-29 per share was expected. With the sale of 40 million Class A common shares, Peloton is expected to raise $ 1,160 million (about 125 billion yen) to raise the valuation to more than $ 8 billion (about 860 billion yen).
Peloton submitted an IPO prospectus in August, which stated that sales for the year through June 30, 2019 were $ 915 million. This number was 110% higher than the previous year.
